Black Poppy Glitter topcoat over Essie's Playa Del Platinum

this is the first nail polish I've purchased from pacsun and I'm OBSESSED with it, unlike any of my glitter topcoats and definitely one of my favorites. I've also been really into neutral nail polish with glitter.. i think it's a good twist for neutral fall colors and glittery winter shades.
